Term Limits In about an hour, San Antonio City Council's "B Session" will discuss term limits. They will try to decide what to ask you to vote on, in the May city election. Will you vote on loosening term limits to 3 two-year terms? Two 3-year terms? Who knows? As of breakfast time today, no one does. That's how totally disorganized the term limit issue has been at City Hall. On this deadline day, the proposal will be put together with duct tape this morning, and the Council expects to vote on a final proposal this evening. The mayor has waited until the very last possible day to put forth his recommendation. It is another example of weak leadership from a mayor who would apparently love for you to loosen term limits, and then re-elect him. Are you in the mood? Brad Messer commentary, KTSA.
