The Sun

What's on my mind this morning is a simple, sincere thought. I want the sun to shine and I don't want to be wet or cold for a while.

In observance of desiring sunshine, I offer these words of wisdom from the pen of George Harrison.

I will now read poetry to you at no charge:

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun,
and I say It's alright.

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
And I say it's all right

Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun
It's alright
It's alright.

There you go. Free poetry. My homage to the sun. It counts as culture, too.
