Iraq: Nukes or Not?

CBS lost credibility when the National Guard memos proved to be fakes.

Now CBS has a story that documents indicating Iraq had a nuclear program were fakes, but won't run it— for fear of losing credibility.

The Associated Press reports, "The Ed Bradley story questions a crucial piece of evidence used by the Bush administration to support the war. CBS decided it was inappropriate to air so close to the election."

CBS News President Andrew Heyward says the story will run— after the election.

The network obviously has a bad case of post-traumatic stress, and is hovering inside a dark closet shaking and jerking.

Come out, CBS! Report the news as you see it, or get out of the business.
