Military knew of 9-11 ringleader but was shushed?
A military intelligence team repeatedly contacted the F.B.I. in 2000 to warn about the existence of an American-based terrorist cell that included the ringleader of the Sept. 11 attacks, according to a veteran Army intelligence officer who said he had now decided to risk his career by discussing the information publicly.
BUDGET PROCESS NOW UNDERWAY
Folks, your mayor and city council member's phone and email links are HERE in case you'd like to ask why tax money goes to the Blue Star Arts Complex (a private enterprise) year after year. Nothing against Blue Star. They are probably wonderful folks. I just don't know why they always get tax money.
PS: I'd be interested in seeing any reply you receive

email luxury toilet paper
Maybe the Japanese now have luxury TP but when I was assigned to the Air Force Plant Representative's Office at the Mitsubishi Aircraft Plant in Nagoya, Japan (1954-1956) they used recycled paper. We learned to inspect the paper as we unrolled it. It could be somewhat uncomfortable to encounter a piece of old fashioned cellophane in the middle of a sheet while applying it to a sensititive area.
email tax appraisal help
My mother is a long time resident of Bexar County and at 84 and blind is struggling with her property tax assessment, which is at the 10% increase limit for 2005.
She has filed a protest, but is not able to drive much less research for her tax protest. No date has been set for the hearing.
I live in Harris County and we have several Tax Consultants who will protest property taxes on a contingency basis taking half of any savings. Is there any organization in San Antonio that performs this service on a contingency basis? ... I really appreciate your help as I have been unsuccessful in finding anybody on the web.
If anyone knows who might be able to help this woman please email me with the subject Tax Help.

Bush neighbor lets war protesters use land
One of President Bush's neighbors will allow use of his land by dozens of war protesters who have camped in roadside ditches the past 11 days, giving them more room and halving their distance from Bush's ranch.
Sheehan feeling the glare of the spotlight
Cindy Sheehan rode into town 10 days ago, a forlorn mother with a question for her president: Why did my son die in Iraq? But now the same wave of publicity and political anger that she rode to become a nationally known symbol of the antiwar movement threatens to crash down on Sheehan herself.
"Cindy Sheehan has emboldened the progressives who oppose the war and caused the conservative diehards who are behind the war to go into a defensive mode," said Michael Harrison, publisher of Talkers magazine, a trade publication for talk radio. "Cindy Sheehan is going to be a target, and they'll probably go through her past to find what they can to discredit her."

MALE OR FEMALE:
You may not know that many non-living things have a gender. For example:
1) Ziploc Bags -- They are Male, because they hold everything in, but you can
see right through them.
2) Copiers -- They are Female, because once turned off, it takes a while to warm
them up again. It's an effective reproductive device if the right buttons are
pushed, but can wreak havoc if the wrong buttons are pushed.
3) Tire -- Male, because it goes bald and it's often over-inflated.
4) Hot Air Balloon --Male, because, to get it to go anywhere, you have to light
a fire under it, and of course, there's the hot air part.
5) Sponges -- Female, because they're soft, squeezable and retain water.
6) Web Page -- Female, because it's always getting hit on.
7) Subway - Male, because it uses the same old lines to pick people up.
8) Hourglass -- Female, because over time, the weight shifts to the bottom.
9) Hammer --Male, because it hasn't changed much over the last 5,000 years, but
it's handy to have around.
10) Remote Control -- FEMALE...... Ha! You thought it'd be male. But consider
this -- it gives a man pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he doesn't
always know the right buttons to push, he keeps trying.
